AUS-TEX Electric, Inc is a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation certified electrical education provider (Provider # 1078) for NEC Code Update classes (or Course # 885). NEC code update courses are required annually for all licensed electricians.

We offer NEC Code Update courses at our location. The courses are 4-hours long and cost $50. Please contact us to make an appointment or for directions to our location, please use Google Maps (will open a new window).

For groups of 15 or larger, we can have our instructor come to your company or job location. Please contact us to arrange a date and time.

Apprenticeship Program:

AUS-TEX Electric, Inc is a registered Apprenticeship Training program (United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training, Registration # 1078). Our Apprentice Training Program consists of 576 hours of classroom instruction and 8000 hours of on-the-job training.
